No. An employer brief is a business seeking recruitment support from an agency. A shared role is an agency seeking another agency to collaborate under an agreed fee split. Job seekers apply for vacancies on the job board, not employer briefs.
Yes. The network-focused workspace keeps shared roles, profiles, introductions and partnerships close at hand. Optional recruitment tools can be enabled by your agency.
No. Use TAP alongside your existing ATS for agency collaboration. Direct ATS synchronisation is not currently available; you control which records you add and share.
No. Agencies agree and retain their own shares of the placement fee. TAP subscriptions are separate, with no per-role collaboration commission.
Free gives you a public agency profile, a place to explore and replies to conversations opened by paid agencies or employers. Network adds new agency conversations and agency collaboration. Yes. The same personal TAP-R ID can link to multiple workplaces at once. Each organisation approves its own seat. Switch dashboards in My workplaces; each organisation’s private records and permissions remain separate.
Yes. Each organisation needs a plan that supports team seats and an available seat when it accepts the connection. The personal ID does not include a paid plan or bypass workplace permissions. TAP-ID requests do not reserve or automatically purchase extra seats.
The agency keeps its records and organisation connections. Separately approved personal recruiter connections can remain with the recruiter, subject to candidate consent and expiry. Agency notes, CV files, applications and contracts are not transferred. Candidates can withdraw personal access.
