What does a free agency listing include?

A public agency profile gives employers and other agencies somewhere to understand your business before starting a conversation. Add your agency name and branding, the industries you recruit for, your services and the locations you cover. Complete and publish your profile so it can appear in the TAP recruitment agency directory.

A free listing is a starting point. Network and Agency Growth subscriptions add different collaboration and recruitment features. Check the current plan inclusions before choosing tools for your team. TAP does not take a placement commission; agencies agree their own commercial terms.

How to publish your recruitment agency profile

  1. Create an agency account. Use your work email, verify it and choose the agency account type.
  2. Explain your specialism. Describe the roles and industries you understand, rather than saying you recruit everything.
  3. Add accurate coverage. Include locations you genuinely service and the recruitment types you offer, such as permanent, temporary or contract recruitment.
  4. Review and publish. Check your branding and contact details, then use the publish control in your workspace. Saving an unfinished draft does not make the profile public.

Make the listing useful to the right people

A hiring manager wants to know whether you understand their vacancy. An agency partner wants to know where your candidate network could help. Give each visitor concrete information: the disciplines you recruit, seniority levels you cover and how you work with clients or partners.

For example, “permanent accounting and finance recruitment across Melbourne” is more informative than “we deliver talent solutions”. Only use claims and locations your agency can support. Keep private client and candidate details out of public copy.

Already have an ATS?

You can keep your existing system. TAP's agency job sharing and split placement network provides a separate place to find partners and organise agreed collaboration. Direct synchronisation with an external ATS is not currently available; you decide what information to add and share.

Free listing questions

Is a free listing the same as a free ATS?

No. Your public agency profile is free. Recruitment CRM, hiring pipelines and additional collaboration tools depend on your selected plan.

Does publishing guarantee leads or placements?

No. A useful profile makes your agency easier to assess, but enquiries and placements depend on employer needs, partner activity and your own follow-up.

What if I have candidates but no suitable vacancy?

Explore the candidate partner workflow. Look for relevant shared roles, agree the terms with the role-owning agency and obtain role-specific candidate permission before an introduction.
