No. Posting a basic hiring brief on the website is free. Employer Workspace is a separate subscription for teams that want to manage their own recruitment in TAP.
Is a hiring brief the same as a job ad?
No. A brief asks agencies to propose how they would recruit for you. A public job ad invites candidates to apply for a vacancy. Choose the route that matches your goal.
Can we hire without using an agency?
Yes. Employer Workspace supports your own hiring process. You can involve agencies when useful, rather than for every vacancy.
