WIN WORK. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS.
Give your agency more ways to win work.
You have the expertise. You know your market. TAP gives employers and other agencies a place to find you, understand your strengths and take the next step with your business.
Built by recruiters, for recruitment agencies
Your next opportunity could come from the agency beside you.
One agency has a client to help. Another knows the people that client needs. A useful recruitment network makes it easier to find that fit, agree responsibilities and work together with clear expectations.
Get found for your specialism
Give employers and partners a public profile showing your sectors, services and locations. Share one clear introduction to your agency whenever a relevant conversation starts.
Put your candidate network to work
Explore shared roles that fit your sourcing strengths. Agree terms with the agency holding the client relationship before introducing a candidate with current permission.
Pitch for employer work
Respond to available employer briefs with a proposal explaining your experience, recruitment approach and fee. Give the employer a practical reason to choose your agency.
Make it easier for someone to choose you.
A useful profile answers the questions a potential client or partner would ask on a first call: what do you recruit, where can you deliver, and what makes your approach suitable? Be specific about disciplines, seniority, permanent or contract work and the locations you genuinely cover.
Then show how you would work together. For a shared role, agree the client relationship, fee basis, split, responsibilities and payment conditions. TAP's workflow requires both agency owners to accept the same agreement version before candidate introductions. Current candidate permission is still required.
Illustrative agency partnership
You know the candidates. A partner has the client.
An engineering agency needs help sourcing a specialist role in a market you understand. You review the brief, confirm your fit and agree how the work and placement fee will be shared. Only then do you introduce a suitable candidate with permission. The opportunity is your sourcing expertise; the next step is an agreed process.
This example describes how collaboration can work, not a current vacancy or a promised result.
Give a good conversation somewhere to go.
Facebook groups, WhatsApp chats and Reddit discussions can introduce you to useful people. When that conversation becomes recruitment work, bring it into TAP: an agency profile to assess, a role or employer brief to review, accepted terms and a record of progress. These comparisons show where each channel fits.
Start with a free agency profile. Creating, publishing and updating your listing costs nothing. Free agencies can receive and reply to eligible incoming conversations. Network or Agency Growth is required to start agency conversations, use shared-role collaboration or respond to employer briefs. TAP takes no placement commission; subscriptions are separate. See current plan inclusions.
Build the community with us.
Complete your profile, make your coverage clear and invite an agency you already know to create theirs. A useful network grows through relevant people, good conduct and relationships worth keeping. A TAP profile helps someone assess your business; it does not replace their due diligence.
TAP is newly launched and the community is growing. Available agencies, employer briefs and shared roles depend on participation. A profile or paid plan does not guarantee enquiries, placements or payment.
Questions agencies ask
Do I need to replace my ATS?
No. You can use TAP alongside your current system. Direct ATS synchronisation is not currently available; you control which records you add and share.
Can overseas recruitment agencies join?
Yes. Show the countries and services you genuinely cover. Each agency remains responsible for checking the requirements of the work and markets involved.
What should I do first?
Start by creating your free agency profile. Complete your details, save the profile and choose your directory and public visibility settings. You can explore the community before choosing paid tools.
