FACEBOOK GROUPS OR TAP?

Turn “let’s connect” into a clear next step.

A recruitment group can start the conversation. TAP gives an agency a profile to assess, a brief to discuss and a workflow for agreeing how the work will happen.

Beyond the introduction

A busy comment thread is only the start of winning work.

When an agency says it can help, you still need to understand its specialism, check the fit and agree who does what. TAP puts those recruitment steps together so a promising introduction can move forward.

Where Facebook groups help

Groups bring people together around industries, locations and interests. They can be useful for advice, introductions and discussing market conditions. Visibility depends on whether a group is public or private, and group administrators decide whether Pages can join. The audience and rules vary between groups.

If your goal is to find a recruitment partner, a response to a post is a starting point. You still need a clear brief, commercial terms and permission before sharing candidate details.

Make your next introduction easier to assess.

Instead of retyping your agency story whenever someone asks, keep your TAP profile current. Explain the roles you recruit, your service locations and the kinds of partnerships you are open to. When a relevant group discussion allows it, your public profile can give an interested agency a useful next step.

For example, an agency responding to a specialist sourcing request can show its coverage, review the actual role and agree terms before sending candidate details. This is a way to organise a potential partnership, not a promise that a post will turn into a placement.

Start with a free agency profile. Creating, publishing and updating your listing costs nothing. Free agencies can receive and reply to eligible incoming conversations. Network or Agency Growth is required to start agency conversations, use shared-role collaboration or respond to employer briefs. TAP takes no placement commission; subscriptions are separate. See current plan inclusions.

Questions agencies ask

Should I stop using Facebook groups?

Keep the groups that are useful to you. Use TAP when you need an agency profile and a recruitment-specific collaboration process after the introduction.

Does a TAP profile mean an agency is vetted?

No. A profile helps you assess a business. Check its identity, experience, relevant permissions and commercial terms before working together.

Can I start without a subscription?

Yes. Create your agency profile for free. Paid collaboration tools are optional and separate from the listing.

TAP is newly launched and the community is growing. Available agencies, employer briefs and shared roles depend on participation. A profile or paid plan does not guarantee enquiries, placements or payment.
