WHATSAPP OR TAP?

Give your next fee split a clear agreement.

A quick message can get a partnership moving. TAP helps agencies connect that conversation to the role, accepted terms, candidate permissions and what happens next.

Keep the relationship. Organise the work.

“Send me the CV” should follow an agreed plan.

Before an introduction, both agencies need to know the fee basis, split, responsibilities and payment conditions. TAP gives that agreement a place in the shared-role workflow.

WhatsApp is useful for staying in touch.

WhatsApp supports group conversations and communities. Personal messages and calls in communities are end-to-end encrypted. That makes it useful for communicating with people you know, but encryption and a recruitment agreement solve different problems.

A partner can be easy to reach while the terms are still unclear. Which version of the split was accepted? Who owns the client relationship? Has the candidate agreed to this particular introduction? Those answers need to travel with the work.

  2. The commercial terms: fee basis, split, conditions and payment timing.
  3. The work: sourcing, screening, client updates and candidate communication.
  4. The permission: who may receive this candidate's details for this opportunity.
  5. The next update: who is responsible and how progress will be recorded.
