Referral partners

Know the right agencies? Let’s work together.

Help recruitment businesses discover a network built around winning work. TAP’s referral partner programme is for people and businesses with a relevant agency audience and a clear reason to recommend it.

A useful introduction has a reason behind it

You might advise recruitment businesses, run an agency community, create content for recruiters or provide services agencies already use. The opportunity is to explain where TAP fits: agency visibility, specialist partnerships, shared roles and optional recruitment workspace tools.

A relevant recommendation is more valuable than a large list of unrelated contacts. Tell an agency which part of its work TAP could support, show the workflow and let the agency decide whether it fits.

Ten founding places, selected after review

The founding offer is for ten approved partners. An application asks about your audience, your work and why the partnership makes sense. Applying does not automatically secure a place or create a partner account. TAP reviews the fit before selecting participants.

The published founding terms provide 30% of eligible collected subscriptions for each referred business’s first 24 paid monthly periods. This is referral commission on qualifying subscription revenue, not a share of recruitment placement fees. The current offer, eligibility, attribution, deductions and payment conditions are set out on the partner programme page and in the founding terms. Check those pages for current availability.

What makes a strong application?

  • A relevant audience: agency owners, recruitment leaders or people choosing recruitment tools.
  • A clear approach: for example, a practical demonstration, a useful community discussion or an introduction within an existing business relationship.
  • Accurate recommendations: explain what TAP currently does and which tools depend on a paid plan.
  • A reason to trust you: genuine experience with the audience and examples of how you help them.

For creators and service businesses

A creator can show how an agency would use a specific workflow. A service business can introduce TAP when it answers a client’s actual need. You do not need to promise placements, claim a huge active network or present yourself as a TAP employee.

This is a commission-based programme. It is not a paid video commission, a guaranteed income offer or a promise that every referral will subscribe. Be clear about your referral relationship when recommending TAP.

Your next step

Review the current programme, then explain who you reach, how you would introduce TAP and why those agencies would benefit. Specific examples help TAP assess whether the partnership is right for both sides.
