TAP on the move

Your next agency partner. Now in your pocket.

A client asks for help outside your usual specialism. Your next step can be a conversation with the right agency. TAP Recruiter is now on Android, bringing your recruitment network with you.

Keep the opportunity moving

Agency work does not wait for you to get back to your desk. A client conversation can turn into a new brief; a partner can have a question about a role; an introduction can need a quick reply. The TAP app gives you another way into your agency workspace when you are away from your computer.

The demo follows a simple example: a recruiter with a technology desk is asked about a warehouse manager. Rather than trying to cover every specialism alone, they look for a relevant recruitment partner. The role in the video is illustrative, not a live vacancy or a promised placement.

Start with the agency you already run

  1. Install TAP Recruiter from Google Play. Use the official listing linked on this page.
  2. Sign in to your existing TAP account. You do not need another agency registration just because you are using a phone.
  3. Find a relevant agency or open an existing conversation. Start with the sector, location and support the work requires.
  4. Keep the next step clear. Explain the requirement, agree who will do what and use the tools included in your plan.

The app is another way to use TAP

Use your phone for the conversations and quick checks that suit it, and your desktop for longer tasks. Your TAP plan and permissions still determine the tools you can use. Installing the app does not make paid workspace features free.

Agency profiles, connections and messaging are available on Free. Network adds shared-role posting and employer-brief responses. Agency Growth adds the ATS and CRM workspace. Check the current plan inclusions before choosing the tools for your team.

Before your first conversation

Make your agency profile useful: explain what you recruit, where you work and the type of partnership you want. A specific message gives another agency something to respond to. “We recruit warehouse leadership in this region and would like to discuss a relevant shared search” is more useful than a broad request to connect.

The Android release is available now. This announcement does not announce an iPhone app. You can continue using TAP through its website.
