CANDIDATE SHARING

The right introduction.
The right information.

Candidate profiles stay private by default. Share a specific profile for a specific recruitment purpose only with the candidate’s permission, and keep internal notes separate.

01

Submit a reviewed employer shortlist

Choose up to five active candidates for a supported role, select profile sections and exact CV versions, add recommendations and preview the pack. Set access expiry and collect employer feedback. Recipients must be authorised employer TAP users; hiding profile fields does not redact attached CVs.

02

Choose a recipient

Make a named recruiter introduction instead of exposing your whole candidate database.

03

Choose the documents

Select the CV or document versions intended for that introduction.

04

Keep access accountable

For shared roles, candidate permission must cover that vacancy and both participating agencies. The role owner gets separate permission before sharing with the employer. Track the introduction and access history; candidate approval can be withdrawn or expire.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s make it clear.

Can anyone browse our candidate database?

No. A public agency or recruiter profile is separate from private candidate records. For a shared role, the candidate must permit the specific introduction to both agencies; employer access needs separate permission. TAP records the candidate TAP number only when one registered candidate profile verifies against the submitted email and the match is unique.
