About Avalon Workforce Consulting
Avalon Workforce Consulting is a boutique recruitment and HR consultancy founded on the belief that recruitment should be personal, transparent and focused on delivering genuine value. With extensive experience across recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning and HR, we support businesses across Australia in finding the right people for their teams. Our experience spans industries including engineering, technology, construction, financial services, professional services, scientific research and more. We recruit across all levels, from operational and specialist positions through to senior leadership and executive appointments. We offer flexible recruitment solutions, including contingency recruitment, retained search and embedded recruitment support, tailoring our approach to each client's needs. As a boutique agency, we pride ourselves on building genuine relationships, understanding our clients' businesses and delivering quality candidates rather than simply filling vacancies. **Our focus is simple: the right people, the right fit and long-term recruitment success.**
